I am trying to find software that will read a .sms text message file extracted from a Motorola RAZR V3xx phone. I used a program called p2k commander to access the file, but when I try to read it it looks as if it is encrypted. I tried a hex editor to no avail.

It looks like the "Yahoo Message Archive Decoder" will decode SMS messages. It's pretty cheap too...like $40 or so. You can test it for free....
