I want to do certification in cyber forensics.

Do any other foundations are providing global certification for CHFI like EC-Council?

There are a number of certification bodies:
Global Information Assurance Certification ""
The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (

There are also certificates from all the major vendors:
EnCase® Certified Examiner(EnCE®)
AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE)
Paraben Certified Examiner (PCE3)

A little Googling would find these and many more.
